Background info:
After graduating high school, Hailey went to college at UCLA in order to get a bachelor of science in emergency medicine. In order to pa for this pricy education, she joined Cal Fire as a seasonal Firefighter working on an Engine crew in Auburn, California. After she graduated, she moved to a permanent position before deciding to work on a helitack crew. She was able to get through the harsh training regiment in her first attempt before working half a season when she ran into a friend she worked with in Los Angeles County Fire Department, Nicholas LeBlanc. He asked her to come to to an agency that he created, the National Fire Task Force. She did and eventually became his second in command on Air Attack 7. They then married and are planning on having children in the near future.
